The short answer
We checked 42 chiropractic practices in the West Palm Beach area, and we asked ChatGPT and a second AI assistant four patient-style questions about who to see — eight checks in total. AI assistants named 10 of the 42, or 23.8%. The other 32 never came up once. That measures one narrow thing — whether a practice's name comes back when a patient asks — and nothing about the quality of anybody's care.
What we actually did in West Palm Beach
Before asking anything, we built the list. 42 chiropractic practices in the West Palm Beach area — real, licensed, open, seeing patients. They spread across 12 towns, with West Palm Beach the largest at 18.

So a headline that says "we asked ChatGPT" has to quote 6, and the board — which counts every assistant — shows 10. Quoting the bigger number under the ChatGPT headline would overstate it, which is the one mistake this whole exercise exists to avoid.
The practical read: the assistants do not agree with each other. 4 West Palm Beach-area practices were named by the other assistant and not by ChatGPT. Being named by one is not being named by all of them.
